NextGen Launches New ARC Technology

The new technology enables end to end game development and gives third party developers the option to choose their own servers and framework.

NYX Gaming ARC Technology ThumbnailNextGen Gaming has a reputation of being one of the leading developers and suppliers of innovative games. A part of NYX Gaming Group, NextGen recently announced a new technological solution, designed with one ultimate goal – to speed up the delivery of content to third parties.

New Technology

In-house developed Game Development Module (GDM) served as a basis upon which the new technology is built.

The new ARC interface technology enables end to end game development, but most importantly, it gives third party developers the option to choose their own servers and framework. Basically, developers can communicate with GDM without using any middleware.

The introduction of ARC will speed up the content delivery since the technology enables operators to do this using NYX Gaming Group OGS platform or any other similar platform. This means the complete game delivery will be done in the shortest time possible.

There are even more options this technology offers, such as content delivery using different APIs and programming languages.

Chief Commercial Officer of NextGen, David Johnson, said ARC was a means to deliver efficient, dynamic and profitable solutions. He emphasized the importance ARC had for both NextGen and NYX, and stated the operators would benefit from a wide variety of groundbreaking content.

Improved HTML5

The first video slot to feature the new ARC technology will be NextGen’s Owl Eyes. The company has great expectations from this title, which will also bring the improved HTML5 code NOVA.

All future NextGen’s built on ARC technology will feature the improved HTML5 code, which will undoubtedly help the company to become a leading developer of HTML5 games.

These games will include the improved version of Merlin’s Millions SuperBet, one of NextGen’s most popular games.
